I took my car to have a 3-way alarm installed. On the day they've started the installation but once they've got to the doors they informed me that they can't connect the alarm to the central locking since it is a new design and the installation will be tricky and will give constant problems. When we got home we realized that now the central locking is not working. We took the car back and have the system removed and money refunded. I feel they should have checked the car out first before starting the installation. Compared to the new alarm I had correctly installed afterwards, their alarm systems seems to be outdated. It looks as if they cater more for the 4x4 marker, so I wouldn't recommend taking a car to them.

They have a phone number but never answer when you call, have tried calling them two days in a row and did not speak to anyone yet!

Poor service. Stay away
