Leanne was able to see me at short notice rearranging her personal time. Not only did I feel comfortable and relaxed with her and in her home based treatment room, I walked out of there feeling better than I had in a week. The pain was gone immediately, and didn't return. I suggested this osteopath to my elderly aunt based on the good reviews. What a disappointment. She practices from her garage. First she made them wait a long time while her family had mobilise and move their car from said garage. The garage was stifingly hot and she was doing the treatment on my half-naked aunt with zero privacy, while her family was walking around there and it made her extremely uncomfortable. The whole experience was very very unprofessional. To make matters worse, my aunt was unable to claim the treatment from her medical aid since they said they have never seen any of the codes that she used.
