To be Honest with you guysthis people are legit. I went there with a clogged ear couldn't hear properly .one of his female partners insisted and fixed the ear, as we are talking now, my ear is now okay I can hear properly.you all should go there if you have any problems. I know there's a long queue but it's worth it.
The place is very nice, but very few doctors I think, nobody would pay 600 rands to wait on the queue for more than 2 hours or 3 hours. Then it means we should go to public clinics. By coming here it means we want a quick service, but I regret coming here. The queue is about 100 meters long. And it's not moving, there is one doctor, no explanation no apologies. You see the qué after paying, and you can't go for refund because you have that hope. Honestly waiting hours are too much because its a private doctor so we expect quick service. But it's worse than a public hospital
The exterior of this place doesn't do justice to the interior. You might actually pass by it because of the location it's in. It's very neat quiet and beautiful on the inside. You won't believe it until you are in there.very affordable doctor rates. R550 per consultation including medication. It does get really really busy. Receptionist was rather unfriendly and unwelcoming. The lady at the pharmacy was Soo nice and friendly. I wish I got her name but she had dreads. I'd definitely go back when I'm sick
The place has been refurbished since I was last here. It’s looking quite clean, contemporary and welcoming on both third and fourth floors of Lister Building. The receptionist could do with some uniforms or some name badges for easy identification, especially when it’s busy. I was there Saturday morning and the line at reception was quite long and slow. I wish something could be done about that. Otherwise I’m guessing the best would be come early at 7am when they open.
The service is truly getting slower and poorer by each visit by Maphisa One can await 2-3hours to get consultation. Went for blood test Monday until today no feedback..no communication..doctor at hand not available
Today I went to a dentist called doctor Kanye room 1504 ..Very Rude and their consultation is so unreasonable with no help...even his receptionist is just useless and clueless....Trash of a doctor mxm..
Ridiculous waiting time. It’s just the same as going to a public clinic but the difference is that you pay to wait for +4 hrs.
Best service ...I would like to recommend many ppl there ....the doctors and nurses are very good ,, I really loved it
Best experience, I was attended to quickly, affordable. I respect this profession they got my ear back together. From reception , nurses ,cleaners and doctors the whole process was awesome. Very clean place .
Visited this private clinic a week ago, and it would be an understatement to say I had an amazing experience.. From the reception and more specifically the consultation room. Of all the personnel that assisted me on the very day, the one who stood out for me was Sister Tumi. Would like to take this opportunity to thank her for her friendliness, charisma, the passion and patience you displayed in sharing the vital information with me, every question I asked she was able to respond in detail.. Also the waiting time and overall time I took was very short, I arrived there at 9am and by 10am I was already out.
