The 13th Floor
The 13th Floor is a gallery operating from 95 Commissioner Street in the Joburg CBD, commonly referred to as 'town'. As far as we know the only gallery here and we even have parking! In the past we have organised shows and dinner events in a 13th Floor apartment in the famous art deco high rise the Ansteys Building on Joubert Street. We have a studio in the beautiful Corner House on Commissioner Street. We are working with the Johannesburg Central Library and with Urban Ocean Property Developers. We organise workshops for children and auctions on rooftops. We love the inner city and have no intention of leaving it any time soon.
