Easy to book by phone. Easy to find. Uber so no need to park but area is easy parking. As soon as you enter you leave outside world. Interior vibe is relaxing and staff is very friendly. Massage service was excellent. My first facial treatment and I loved it. Yea it was strange thick seaweed mask but recommend. Definitely different feeling and cleaner look upon completion. Recommend and would return.
Had a wonderful couple's treatment at Mai Thai Wellness Spa. The facility is akin to being in a South East Asia Sanctuary. Every interaction from front desk to Therapists is warm, professional and friendly. We had the detox massage and the sports massage both were excellent and therapists kept checking in on our level of comfort. Thank you Mai Thai Wellness for a restorative experience.
I was almost reaching burnout and their full body massage brought me back to life. I went there for my birthday with my daughter and they made it special in so many ways. We have tried several Thai massage spas in Cape Town and this one will always get a 5 star rating from us. We are considering going back again soon so that we start the new year feeling fresh. By the way, if you love tea like me, you should grab one of their tea selections. I’m still enjoying mine as I bought the whole box. The lady allowed us to try some of the tea before buying, she served it like a pro. Best staff ever including the car guard! Can’t wait to visit again before the year ends.
This was an amazing spa day! I did the 5.5 hour indulgence spa with lunch and it was the best service I ever had. All the treatment massage, body scrub/mud mask and facial did wonders for my body and skin. My massage specialist was Habiba and she did an excellent job!

Received a warm welcome from the Porter on arrival.Service and experience was amazing.Loved the tranquil setting of the Garden.I even took a nap after my session, that's how rejuvenated I was.Thank you to the Staff

As I parked, I was greeted by name by the guard with a friendly introduction and escort into the Spa. Every aspect of the decor is luxurious and tasteful. The aromas, the music, the fabrics, the plants... engage all the senses and blend harmoniously to facilitate a pampered and relaxed ambience. I had a 60min aromatherapy massage and 30min foot massage - cannot fault either. Treatment rooms are spacious unlike those at most chain hotels. Couples treatments would be well accommodated. Lounged in the "garden" and enjoyed a divine cup of herbal tea in a beautiful setting for 40min before leaving. This first visit will definitely not be my last!
I have had the privilege of visiting this spa on several occasions. The excellence has always remained consistent. Whether full body massage, facial or pedicure treatments, the expertise and attention to detail has been splendid. The beautifully appointed aesthetic and the choices made, have been lovingly thought through in the minutest detail. Every visit is restorative, nurturing and energising. This award-winning spa is a must-visit! The building is beautifully decorated, the service was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. During my visit, I tried the sports massage which went above and beyond my expectations! It was a genuine massage that utilized proper Thai technique and that left me with a feeling of deep relaxation. A few days later, my body is still feeling the effects of such a profoundly relaxing experience!
An absolute sanctuary and incredible experience from start to finish. The best salon and spa experience I have ever had! Every detail has been thought out, the decor, the staff, the actual treatment - world class! I am planning my next trip there, thank you Mai Thai - setting the bar extremely high!
