Shame bra Mbu service I got yesterday from your ladies was very very poor. I stood there for more than 30 minutes I complained but they didn't care they serviced customers who were behind me. One of your customers who was already serviced who was in front of me told them that you aren't treating your customers right customers service says first come first serve. I was so furious with all of them except the teller they don't know the business first impressions last whether is bad or good Will you please redress them because I won't stop buying or supporting you, Parking: Location is fine and also user friendly for parking space and neat. Each and every morning there are guys that are tidying the space even inside the building

The establishment is a mainstay in night entertainment in the Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipality, in the King William’s Town area. The service was a tad slow but that was due to training of new staff. It soon picked up and we were served well.Food: 5/5

The meat was great, wish they can improve on cleanliness and service both where we pay for the meat . Had to wait quite long to pay as they had only 2 staff assisting

Slow service but the meat is enjoyable. Found a piece of pork inside my lamb pack even though I didn't buy any pork. I don't even eat pork.
