We were a part of four and we decided to give Marne's a try as opposed to all the well known eateries at the Bergview complex. It is an old house that now serves as a nursery and restaurant. The food is home cooked so it takes a little longer but it was delicious. The owner is very friendly and made sure we were happy. If you don't feel like the buzz and lots of people at Bergview go give Marne's a try. You will enjoy a delicious meal in a serene setting!

Really love going to Marne's. Staff and owner are always so friendly. If you have a problem they are quick to sort it out. They also have a great play area for kids. My son just loves the sand pit and slide.

You walk through a nursery into the restaurant. A beautiful setting. The filling in the warp I had was great but the dressing unfortunately did not do it justice.

If you want to avoid the big crowds at the usual harrismith pitstops on route to Durban, this little gem is the place to go! Lovely coffee shop with great service, delicious, amazingly priced food, wonderful play area for the kids including jungle gym, slide, swings, jumping castle and sandpit, also has a lovely gift shop and plant nursery. Will definitely be back!
