Efficient cashier. Technical sales staff not very knowledgeable. Not enough stock to sell. Very hard to find shop. Centre has no info boards

As a generalization, I have found most Matrix stores lacking in available stock. They appear to have alot of offerings online but notmin shelves. This ultimate has meant that you end up waiting for remedial items unnecessarily. That being said, the Bedford Centre Matrix has a fair range of products in store and they staff were very helpful. Far better that Park Meadows 2 minutes down the road.

Of all the repair stores I called, he was the only one that was prepared to help me immediately. I would highly recommend Matrix Warehouse, Bedford Centre, for any computer related issues.

Disappointed with this shop. I purchased blue tooth earphones and one of them didn’t work so I returned them. It was outside seven days since date of purchase they booked them for warranty repairs which would take 14 working days or 21 working days but unlikely. After 14 working days I went back to check and was told the system shows that the earphones are back but they couldn’t find them. Went back a few days later and was told I’m getting a new set the next day. Couldn’t go for a few days but when I could a few days later was told that set came and was returned. I was asked why did I not come back that next day? So I asked for my money back. There was no interest to resolve my matter.

Really good service and excellent work. You usually don't have to wait too long.
