Bought a PlayStation 3, on the day they tested it and give us a wireless remote to test it, telling us it comes with two remotes. I need to wait more than a week for it to be released. On collection they give one wireless remote and one wired remote. They are selling the remotes in the store, i requested that the wired remote replaced by a wireless as they was putting me under the impression that the remotes are wireless but after consulting the manager she told me that i can popup R220 and she will swap the remotes, the price of the wireless is R219.00. So much for customer service.
I got a great deal on some stuff and then as I was paying received a phone call and by accident left my cellphone in the shop. When I realised the missing phone I returned and found that they found the phone and kept it safe for me. Thank you Team Doringkloof.
Bought tablet two weeks ago from this store only to have it refuse to switch off last weekend & barely used it in those two weeks. Power button malfunctioned, didn't want to reboot/switch off and speakers stopped working. Returned it to store on Monday & after refund was refused, was told it had to be sent in to try and repair it first. Its Friday now and still no feedback whatsoever. POOR Service. Definitely will not recommend this store & will not support it in future.
Signs in shop says "brand new electrical items get 12 month warranty" but staff insist that battery operated laser range finder is non-electric so only 6 month warranty. Dodgy. I suggest better training or new signs.
Terrible phone assists. Cannot speak cleanly. They must close that shop immediately
I am so mad and sad at the stuff in this store, i went in there to ask if they sell surgical masks as i needed it, but a lady told me that yes she does sell surgical masks and it will cost me R40each. I told them that's a rip off and another gentleman said ok R25. Isn't that overcharging? Especially during this time where the president condemned that kind of behavior? Im so not going back to that store.
They should buy white elephant items that are in good working condition but they don't as they believe it will not sell. But walking out they are selling books at R20, so I ask myself what is the difference.
Great people and products, prices are good most of the time, wouldn't recommend buying a watch here though
