Terrible attitude and service. The lady that assisted today with the refund said i should ask more questions next time before i buy a product! It's just shocking. This is after i had to beg for a refund, although it was within 7 days, and they promised i could return it with no questions asked when i bought it. Easy to make promises just to make a sale. Rather go to Verimark next time. And she said it takes 14 working days for a refund???

Poor service, wife bought the wrong product by mistake and the store refused to give us a refund, it was returned within 24 hours and in perfect condition, for the sake of R200 that store has lost a customer for life and possibly more as all friends and relatives will hear this story.

Homemark is beautiful. It's one of the places where you can take your loved ones to show them good time, on some of those romantic type of outgoings, and it's top notch

Ste stuff i bought was crappie, very plastic and broken when I opened it at home. Had no problems to return it with refund.
