Incredible Connection Centurion Mall

I wanted to buy an online promo item, their site indicates collection at any of their stores. I work in the same mall, and the site did not allow this store as a collection point. When calling and speaking with the store, no-one was able to answer as to why or come up with a solution. Nonetheless, I found the same item elsewhere at the same price, and with free delivery, saving me Incredible's delivery cost and helping me avoid their poor service

Its sad how you treat a customer I sat with a laptop that had issues since Saturday, Anna said shed get back to me. To this day nothing. It really speaks to your work ethic and brand that everytime i need help i first need to complain to manager before anyone gets back to me.

Signed up for a contract to get a new phone in store, 24 hours later still no feedback. Called in multiple times to get told they have no updates. Needless to say I cancelled the order. All I asked for was some followup and updates.

30 Min in shop to collect Card. Cant help me, requested me to go to Hi Fi Corp to collect card. Apparently only one computer that works in shop.

4 star on price on some items like the beats earphones, they are up to R300 more expensive than the IStore 5* on service excellence and friendliness Wanda assisted me Ended up buying a pair of Jabra earphones and not supporting the Istore due to their lack of service! Thanks guys!
