I found Dr Reddy’s profile via social media and really liked how she explained so many aspects of cosmetic procedures on her page and didn’t shy away from acknowledging there is a risk associated with them. This effort to educate her audience resonated with me. When another doctor of mine who I trust a lot recommended her, I knew she was the aesthetic doctor for me. The doctor’s assistants are wonderful thank you Jacobi and Karin. They send appointment reminders and are very helpful and professional. During my first consultation, Dr Reddy took time to suggest some alternative treatments that could address concerns of mine that cannot be treated with a cosmetic procedure. The Dr gave me advice regarding better skincare and provided samples so that I could try the products which I now use as part of my daily routine. I was very happy with my results, they’re subtle and exactly what I was looking for as part of my effort to “age gracefully”. The facility at Vivari is gorgeous. The architecture and interior design are the perfect combination of sophisticated and luxe, which makes the entire experience feel special. My disappointment thus far is that at my most recent appointment, the Dr arrived at her rooms 25min late for my appointment and did not acknowledge, nor apologise for this. The Dr’s social media profile seems to focus more on her luxurious lifestyle than purely on her practice - which I have mixed feelings about.

I have been coming to Dr Reddy for many years. She is definitely the best in the industry. She is up to date with the latest techniques and she also trains doctors. She is professional and her advice is always on point. Don't fall for these specials you see, you get what you pay for! She is leader in her field and recognized by her peers in SA. I highly recommend her services.

Dr Reddy didn't treat me with kindly during an online consultation and ultimately made me feel uncomfortable so I didn't end up consulting her further.

I had the best time of my life when treated by Dr Reddy. What a highly skilled doctor she is with a awesome personality. She is very caring , as if you are the most important person in the whole wide world. I trusted her suggestions fully and had a fantastic result . I had under eye fillers , Botox and Collagen done with no pain at all. I look years younger. I am a walking billboard for the over 50's and can recommend her to every person that looks in a mirror and see themselves age day by day.Thank you very much Dr Reddy for helping me. Not only are you changing peoples faces but you also give them renewed confidence.

If i could rate a zero I would. I won a hamper at a draw with 3 products in. One of the products was totally empty. I brought it to there attention and was told I would get a new one couriered to me. Three weeks later I received it, only to open it and find tgere was only a quarter of the product in there. The box it came in was broken and dirty. I called them only to be told they receive it like that and they then thanked me for bringing it to their attention. Well I advise anyone buying that product at R3000 a bottle to check the product first befor you pay as half filled bottles are unacceptable. Shocking service and a real bad way to try advertise the product.
