Medicross has close.. 2nd reply. CLOSED. Some Dr's have moved to Wayverly, Pretoria opposite Eric Barnard Furnishers.
I visited Medicross Gezina and was horrified at the service I received. I was so ill and found it difficult to stand, regardless of the fact that there was no other patients at the reception that day, they made me wait until 16h20 when I went and found a chair and almost passed out, before someone brought me a patient info form to complete. My appointment was for 16h00. Upon completion I again stood in the que....I was still the only one in line....still they ignored me. I waited for approximately another 10 min, placed the clip board on the counter and left. Suddenly everyone wanted to stop me from leaving and offered to help me back into the facility. I left and will never return here again. And just a last observation: They had my contact details and no one from management level even tried to make this right or simply just apologise for whatever that incident was. Most dissapointing service.
Medicross Gezina was always very professional. Friendly service and dr. Rossouw one of the best doctors I've been to. Just a pity that the website doesn't state that they are closing today. Some advance notice would have been great.
Awesome Medicross. Good doctors... Especially Dr Pieterse. Family friendly. Good nursing staff and Dentists as well.
Dr Jacobs very gentle with first experience talked me through the procedure looking forward to my next appointment next week. Very professional staff. I heard the sounds of utensils but I felt nothing I'm happy they are worth every cent
Don't bother phoning for a doctor as you will end up very frustrated. Rather book online. Dr Kolbe is great! The dentistry answers their phones and Dr Jacobs is professional and excellent at sorting out my teeth!
Consultation is never less than 30min to an hour later than the appointment
Long waiting time after scheduled appointment, but the Doctor was very nice and efficient.
I am beyond disappointed. When you phone and asked if there is a cancellation or a possibility to see a doctor to day because it is an emergency and the reception informs you sorry appointments only. Pathetic.
3rd appoint. Again i have to wait more than an hour to see the doctor due to double booking. I asked to be the first paitient for the day but still 2people was booked or pushed before me. The reception personal are incompetent and i received very bad service. Will be looking for alternative Dr.
