Medicross

Unfortunately the reception staff in the dental department are rude, unhelpful and arrogant. It's a great pity because the dentist is actually wonderful. Medicross, you need to get your act together - the first impression is appalling.

We always have a great experience/service with our Dentist Dr N Kadwa. She is always gentle and kind in her aproach . Going to the dentist freaks us out and she makes the experience much more tollerabe

You don't enjoy a visit to the Dentist...well l did and coming from me you have to be Special or doing something Right...Dentist Dr Chettiar was the best. Had a root canal done and both visits NO PAIN...very quick...what a pleasure. Her and her Staff very professional Thank you.

What a bad experience!! I will never return to this clinic again! The dr I saw was so rude and insulting! He did not listen to my concerns about my health and just carried on making a diagnosess after being 20min late and did not even great upon arrival, without keeping what I said in mind. He said I had an ear infection. 2 days later and I am man down in bed with a terrible infection in my chest!! Thank you for nothing and playing with my health. Wish I could name and shame this Dr. Terrible, TERRIBLE experience!!

I have no problem with the doctors. its the non-caring lax attitude of the admin and nursing staff that stinks. get rid of the lot of them, they are giving medicross a bad name!!. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE, go to Hillcrest Medicross rather.

Great location and and is safe as is guided by the security 24hrs. The place has a lot of parking available for every visitor

Medicross pinetown staff are always friendly and happy to help. Pravina and the sisters desk also make script requests and approvals a pain free quick service.

Building currently under renovation but still able to see patients. Staff very friendly.

NEVER have I had such a terrible experience at the doctors office. If I could rate no stars I would. Doctor was late, showed no care for patients, dismissed my concerns in an insulting demeanor and charged for a test I knew was not needed and asked not to do. The center has NO female doctors on staff already a red flag. I waited half an hour for my appointment, despite being asked to arrive 15 minutes early. When I did finally see the doctor he saw me for all of two minutes with no empathy or care. Barely listened to me before ordering a Covid test and ignoring my concerns about other illnesses it was not Covid so thank you for an expensive test for no reason. My partner went to the same clinic, saw a different doctor and had an even worse experience. No empathy, zero interest in patients aside from over charging for their time. Cannot discourage you enough from visiting this place, no care for patients and no effort to be on time.

The receptionists are the MOST moody & miserable people I have had the unfortunate pleasure of coming across. Have only dealt with this plain about 5 times but each time has been a real disaster. Bookings to cancelations last minute.
