Terrible service from the ladies at front desk will destroy docs reputation waiting hours withy 3 year old and never been seen by doc the ladies say make appointment whilst there I'm making appointments for next week they say must come then and make appointment they really don't know what they doing highly uneducated he really needs to change his receptionists or else he would be totally destroyed.

Receptionist do not answer calls, it’s as if they stare at the phone until it stops ringing ,and sometimes cut it after picking up

Absolutely disappointed by the lack of services provided by this doctor as well as his staff. I tried calling 3 times to make an appointment without receiving an answer. I decided to go to the practice, and when I arrived at around 11am, and went into the practice, the receptionistwho was quite arrogant, tells me that they are fully booked for the day and the doctor is not going to see anymore patients. This is not the first time this has happened with Dr Badat. As a doctor, it is your duty to serve your patients even if you are “fully booked”. Also, there are about 3 receptionists at the desk area but none of them answered my calls when I tried to get through. This is utterly disappointing and not what the title “doctor” should be about.

For the second time in my attendance I've been calling reception since 9am untill after midday and Nobody answers the phones! Came in before 2pm and was turned away because I did not make an appointment. Absolutely unprofessional!!!

The female doctor is a very good pediatrician. My son was always getting sick. No doctor or even private hospital could help. But she found the fault. Will always be thankful to that doctor. P.s the doctors that are in the private hospitals don't bother about patients anymore. We are just ATMs for them. No care. Just appointment,rush,rush.

My Family GP Truely a genuine doctor In fact he takes time to understand his patients and administrators healing with the greatest of care and love Always has the proper medication available *the waiting line starts before 6am and the surgery only opens at 8 You really must be patient

The doctor is very good. But the reception is terrible. I tried calling from 8:15 till 9:25 and no answer. When I left work to go there at 10:35 She tells me that she was busy and the phone is on silent. This is a surgery. We not making appointments for fun. Some people work and cannot afford to waste time coming to to doctor just to find out he is full. And cannot see to anyone else.

This dr receptionist does not answer the phone. The receptionist are not friendly . they ignore the patients . Patients complained numerous times to Dr abd he doe not do anything . He just laugh ....really

Been to a few docs but always, always find myself coming back here. Dr. Badat is truly a treasure.

His sister Dr N S Badat is our family doctor. We trust her completely when it comes to our family's medical care.
