Medicross Tokai

My kid went for a dental procedure. The ward nurse Chris was amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Great service and bed side manner. I felt my kid was really taken care of. The place is really clean, they even gave her books to read.

I love Tokai Medicross especially Dr Chouler. I acknowledge that there is sometimes a longer wait than the booked time but its understandable that no patient is kicked out when there time is up. The nurses are always great, chatty and professional. The desk in front, especially Chad Lategan, is really on point, submitting documents and getting back really fast.

I have been into Tokai Medicross several times, and each time reception has left a bitter taste in my mouth. When enquiring about something, you feel like such a bother to reception. Meanwhile if someone can hardly hold their head up while sitting waiting, surely reception should notice and ask if they need to lie down in the nurses station until their doctors appointment. The friendliest and most helpful employee is the gentlemen standing in for accounts behind reception. You are greeted with a smile and eye contact. You don't get a cold, abrupt response back which is the case with the rest of reception. Reception lacks empathy, and you are ignored while they whisper in front of you to their colleagues and the doctor on the phone. It's so unprofessional.

Scheduled appointments never happen on time. In order to account for this, I would recommend arriving 45 minutes late for you appointment. This will save you from wasting your day and it works every time

My appointment has been delayed with more than 3 hours. when i checked in i was advised to come back at two which is an hour and a half later. i got back at two thinking i was going to get helped, another half an hour passes. When i went back the the third time all the sudden i was informed my doctor went on lunch at two a o'clock i am still waiting and it is now 20 to 4. there is also no cals or messages stating the delay.....

My sister went in and didn’t get the best experience at all. Dr Van de Ross was extremely impatient, yet he knew she was referred by people who trust his service. He never gave a chance to explain the problem and kept cutting her off. She came back home crying so much and says she is not going back to that Dr ever again.

I took our Nanny to see Dr Vincent. He was thorough, caring, and competent. Prices were also very reasonable. All round good experience. Wait was longer than anticipated which is clearly an ongoing concern for many. It isn't ideal being told to come 15min early and then sit for 30min. But as far as the purpose for my visit goes, 5 stars.

I've been to this Medicross multiple times. Not once has an appointment happened on schedule. Today I booked an appointment with Dr. Chouler at 12pm. I needed to take time off at work for this. At 12:45 there was still no sign of Dr. Chouler and nobody knew where he was and I decided to cancel as I needed to get back to work. He called me after I left and told me that he erroneously saw the wrong patient in my slot...I am not sure how that happens but it seems like a major health risk mixup.

Highly recommend this facility, efficient, friendly and good doctors.

Everyone I interacted with was very helpful, and the wait time was very reasonable. I was also very impressed by the facilities and capabilities.
