The queue at times may be long but they move along pretty rapidly. I always get the best advice and suggested meds are always within budget if not under budget. Really a great little pharmacy.

If you need meds fast, this is the place to go. Nagien the pharmacist is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I have called multiple times for my script to be sent to my new pharmacy. Yesterday before 10 a.m. nd this morning. Still not sent. Day 2 without my medication! When I first called the lady said "its a public holiday so there are no couriers" so I explained that you email a script, not deliver it. Then I had to spell "dispensary" and "Cape Gate" for her; only for her to say "can't you come fetch it" and she starts laughing. No I live no where near Merlot Pharmacy anymore so to fetch it is not practical. How long does it take!? Seriously shocking!

Went there this morning new girl very arrogant and rude....

Fantastic service. Arranged to open account via email. All done in 24 hours. Am disabled so got a friend to take me so l could introduce myself and get some if my medication. I was so nervous but the lady behind the counter calmed me with her professional and efficient service. Got 5 star treatment.

Went there today as Sunningdale Pharmacy did not have stock of my tablets & thay advised that I stop off there!! Well no one to help me shop empty & cashier busy talking to someone behind counter? Processed the transaction ignoring me the whole time! Then asked for payment & when I challenged her on her customer service skills just ignored me further! When I remarked that not much seem to work in the pharmacy as the credit card machine took forever to print the slip the other person just laughed!! WELL DONE YOU NEED TO GET SOME TRAINING FROM SUNNINGDALE BRANCH AS THEY ARE BRILLIANT WITH THERE SERVICE!!!

What a grwat pharmacy! Staff is very kind, helpful and extremely knowledgeable Very prompt service and they have some unique items.

The lady behind the counter is a miserable as sin, I am sure a smile would kill her. The tall bearded pharmacist on duty should also try a smile - it doesn't cost anything. Very poor service on a prescription that they had to order in; it arrived but it was too much trouble to unpack it for me.
