Best ever pharmacy, I love the sister. She is so friendly and accommodating. I love going to her and the staff are also friendly and very enthusiastic about customer service. I also LOVE that I can book online for clinic bookings. It's a breeze. I travel past loads of pharmacies, clinics to come to this specific one. Keep up the good service!

I can only assume they have been slowly going out of business since Covid as the shelves are general sparse with very limited goods and even less options. I popped in as I walked passed remembering I needed contact lens solution and was rather confused by the value pack "savings" of the ACS Softlens Solution. 1 x 360ml bottle with contact lens holder is R99.90, great price! But the value pack with 2 x 360ml bottle was R239.90. Buying two singles is R40.00 cheaper then the "value" pack.

Experienced Racism from 2 lady’s behind the pharmacy counter. helping white people at the back of the queue before myself and other POCs. In fact in the 10+ years I’ve lived in the area, I’ve never seen a person of colour working by the medication. Disgusting.

I would have given three stars, but Mrs/Ms Fleming who rung up my goods, persisted to lick her finger to pick up and open the plastic bags.  The store itself is very clean, with lovely wide aisles. Staff friendly at least.

Quite disappointed with the service I received, specifically with the clinic section of the pharmacy. I was meant to take my daughter for her 6 month injection, had an appointment but could not commit to the initial date as my daughter was sick, I called the pharmacy in advance to reschedule.. They gave me a date got an sms as a reminder , my husband took off from work to take my daughter, he gets there and they say they made a mistake can he come again the following day today I call them today and they say they have nothing on record, only my initial appointment date in October. I pay for my check ups as I don't have the luxury of time to sit at a local clinic. Please do better pharmacy city!!

I had an appointment for today @ 2pm. When I got there no one was at the clinic to help me. They just stay away because of Monday being a public holiday. Seriously how bad is this!!! Very unorganized- they could at least phone those who had appointments and advise them not to come instead of wasting a person's time. Though they were good people, but guess I am wrong.

I was very very disappointed with Alpha pharmacy N1 city. I walked in with my husband this afternoon soon after my 6 month baby had an egg allergy earlier. I wanted a professional to attend to my a baby just to see and advise on what to get. I was then helped by an assistant or what I do not know, she said  I quote " I spoke to the pharmacist she told me to give you this and that" my husband and I just nodded heads in agreement without questioning anything. Not even the the pharmacist wanted to help and just imagine we have a baby with a life threatening condition. You could clearly see that the assistant didn't know exactly what she was talking about. We took the medication and went to the teller but as I was walking my instincts just hit, read the description on the medicine only to see its not even written for babies. We just left the medication and went to Clicks where we were told to seek medical advice from a doctor since baby is very small. Wonder what would have happened if I didn't read the description.  Such poor and pathetic service. Maybe because we are black our lives do not matter. Always listen to your inner self

Used to be our favourite chemist, but sern lots of changes over the last few months. Not a plesant shopping experiance.

NEVER NEVER NEVER GO THERE! They charged me R85 to put on a plaster that I already bought! What happened to helping a patient in need. Well actually they couldn't decide on the price, first it was R60 then all of a sudden it was R85... Just to help me put on a plaster!!!

Persistently rude and racial discrimination from sister Belinda. Very unprofessional. She don't belong in a position of service to the public.
