"At Mirna's we believe in the importance of staying up to date with all the latest trends in the fitness industry – yes, we are certified in Group fitness, BootyBarre®, Rhythm Pilates® and BASI®. In February 2019 we became one of the very first private studios to get certified in Pound®. We are the only studio in South Africa with the capacity to accommodate 50 people in one Rebound® session!"

I love the energy! Mirna's classes are very professional and well thought out. The studio and equipment are always neat and clean. Mirna, you do such a great job in motivating your members. You inspire me to keep going and push past what I thought to be impossible.
Mirna is very friendly and her staff are also lovely! I haven't gone for proper classes but I was at their Gym for a CANSA/Rebound-SA event. They were very organized and it professional. They class itself was such fun! There was great energy and I felt very motivated. 10/10 would join weekly if I had time.
I just recently joined Mirna's, but I have to say the experience is amazing! I thoroughly enjoy the workouts as well as the energy at the studio. The monthly fee is nothing compared to the quality one receives at Mirna's Aerobic Studio. The workouts and the equipment are all top of the range. Mirna is the cherry on top though, her attitude is always positive and she never forgets to smile!
Mirna's Aerobic Studio is one of a kind and the best I ever experienced. There is not only a lovely atmosphere but quality and a big variety of classes. Every workout is thoroughly prepared by qualified instructors. Wow, if you didn't visit it or experience it, you don't know what you are losing. Mirna the owner and main instructor shines with passion and inspiration. I am so privileged to be part of this amazing studio and to be able to exercise with Mirna.
My fitness journey at Mirna's studio started almost 13 years ago. Mirna and her team of dedicated instructors have passion, dedication and commitment to motivate and bring out the best in each of the members. Each session is a surprise and the challenges are filled with fun and positive energy! Mirna's studio is a world-class facility!
I count it a privilege to have Mirna's aerobic studio on my doorstep. I have been a part of the Studio since 2013. Mirna goes above and beyond in all that she does, she has a way of bringing out the best in every single member. I am so thankful for the impact she has had on my life. There is so much variety with the classes on offer that we are spoilt for choice. Mirna has a way of injecting energy into all her classes with her vibrant, full of life personality, it is my happy place. There is such a lovely atmosphere and vibe that you have to experience it for yourself to understand what it feels like to be a member.
At Mirna's Studio it is clear that the studio and her members are Mirna's passion. She is always ready with the latest fitness trends and she and all the instructors are always well prepared for classes. Mirna knows how to take the monotony out of workouts with no two classes the same. A fun place to exercise with a positive vibe, great music and the best step classes there is!
I can’t believe that I have been part of the studio for almost 2 years.! It completely changed my life! So thankful that I can be part of this amazing studio! It does not only challenge you, but it also lift your spirits! For me this gym has become part of my everyday routine, and I feel lost if I am not able to attend!! I think we have the best instructors in the WORLD, and absolutely the BEST music, and the highlight is the celebration after every challenge!! Thanks Mirna, for all your effort, motivation, and support to keep us fit and healthy!!
This gym is amazing! The people are awesome, the trainers are awesome! Mirna does a lot of fun challenges throughout the year. The workouts are always different so you never get bored. It is easy to go to the gym everyday when you love what you are doing. This is not exercise it's mommy's fun time!!!! I'm so motivated. Thank you Mirna.xx
Oh My! Where do I begin? I've been at this studio for more than 5 years and for every session, I have had the most fun. Mirna brings life to this place, its always fun and exciting especially with the challenges... If you are looking for a gym that will get you all excited about exercising, Mirnas Aerobic Studio is the place for you! You simply can't go wrong
