The beds were a bit too small for a couple, however nice place.Rooms: 4/5

The place is so filthy, nothing is clean in their rooms. Basin hole has rusty mold and shower floor is also molded with steam. Dust can penetrate through the door and windows, they don't even border to tidy up before guests check in.

Unfortunately the service was uncalled for and the gentleman that was assisting us upon arrival gave us ultimatum on wether we want the room or not , because either the rooms have a shower problem or no TV and by that time we just arrived late. But he has a fully functional guest room that he assigned himself to and even told us that there's no cleaners and checkout is at 8am during week days.

The place is just ok. They need to revamp their towels and sort out the hot water issue. We struggled with hot water in the morning for two days. And guests were very rowdy next to the reception area

The room was not clean. We couldn't even hang our clothes in the wardrobe as it was very dusty. There was no water, not even to quench the thirst in that extremely hot weather conditions. I called the owner and manager but he did not respond. I was with my mom who is above 70 years and she had to take her medication but couldn't because we asked for a glass of water but it was never provided. We had to sleep without bathing the day's sweat after traveling a long distance. In the morning we were given 10 litres to share for bathing. Very disappointing

We had a very bad service ever.your thatch rooms were full of dust,spiders and cocroches.we couldn't even bath cause the shower spilled the water on the floor.that was the worst accommodation we ever had.and we paid full price.Even the welcoming was poor,the reception lady didn't care nor bother to accompany us to the rooms to see if all was well.the headboards were sooooo dusty.i won't recommend anyone to come and sleep there

Worse place to sleep in... Very dirty and horrible food eaten in a dinning room that is horribly setup with some wedding or party decor... Hai angeke!

Great G house we enjoyed our stay and the food there priceless

Horrible experience. No water in the morning, then they offer us a small basin to wash in. No appreciation for customer service. We asked for the owner, he said it's not his problem that there is no water. The arrogance and lack of customer service!!! Shocking!!! I would not recommend this place. Not even an apology!!
