Morakane Safari Lodge

On a whim, my partner & I decided we wanted to get away, by a stroke of luck we came across Morakane Safari Lodge & decided to check it out - the moment we arrived the reality of how beautiful the lodge is was mind blowing, the staff super friendly, the food and drinks are just the best. Stopped for 2 nights on route to CT. Excellent client service. Client experience. Excellent food. Danie cared for every visitor with his heart. Cliente diens puik10/10. He leads by example. Tolla ook is quiet but caring soul. Gretha a kind and helpful lady who took our calls. The owner and his wonderfully well brought up children were there. Goeie mense/kinders. Kind and friendly. Cleanliness. Service. Atmosphere.... Excellent. Dankie. Dankie. May your Lodge proper and grow to great heights.

Incredible place to stay, in the midle of nature with animals coming in front of the lodge at night, beautiful bedrooms, beautifully decorated, staff very sweet, incredible food too, just perfect :Rooms: 5/5

It's a very nice place for a "solocation" / "Staycation" as there aren't a lot of activities to do. The Chalet was nice as well as the furniture. Their prices for Breakfast, Lunch and dinner are reasonable. The food was nice , though there were only 3 dishes offered on the menu.

The setting is stunning; the rooms are extremely comfortable the duvets are a bit too warm to sleep under, though - even on a cool night; the scenery is wonderful; lovely to be able to watch game come and go; the food was delicious: all in all, a beautiful, serene, peaceful place.
