What an amazing experience! Not only is the view breath taking, but Nadia really knows the human anatomy. I really needed a good, strong and rejuvenating sports massage and that is exactly what I got. Nadia tailored the massage to my needs, because she knew that I had to run the following day. She also fixed my ‘work injured’ shoulder. I definitely recommend Moving Muscles - Sport massage, not just for the sport lovers out there.
Nadia is an excellent sports masseuse. Along with her wonderful and bubbly personality, Nadia carries an in-depth knowledge about muscles. Seeing sports massage as a "prevention is better than a cure" option has truly helped my body deal with stress and "chronic-sitting" from my office job as a Graphic Designer. I also found her services extremely helpful during a period of back injury. Thank you Nadia!
I was very happy with the sport massage I received today from Nadia of Moving Muscles. Finding her service on the web and getting an appointment through Facebook was quick, easy and friendly. Not only is the setting of her studio great but the whole experience was a pleasure as well as affordable. Nadia was friendly, making me feel welcome and her massage technique was great, my body feels great again! Thanks Nadia. Hopefully see you again when Im back in Cape Town.
I have been having issues with my shoulder and back and lots of muscle nots. Nadia really knows her way around muscle nots. She is amazing! I highly recommend visiting her instead of going to normal massages shops
Recently had a massage from Chris, he is very good and seems to have a intuitive feel for anatomy and how muscled work together. He also combines knowledge from various masage techniques and adapts to the particular problem. He is methodical and through. Would certainly recommend Moving Muscles.

Can't complain, because they don't have business hours up, so I don't know if they got my messages or phone calls and couldn't go for a massage, so service can complain about, actual massage.....can't complain.
Very relaxing and professional.
