Very helpful. And friendly

Good experience but do take note of the times when you can drop off documents and when you can collect. Applications are accepted between 8am to 12pm. Then they take a lunch break and then you can collect visas if you have been notified to do so between 14:30 and 15:45. I had my single entry business visa within about 10 days of handing in the necessary documentation. Covid19 protocols in place.

Very efficient and helpful. The receptionist was particularly helpful.

T E R R I B L E service!!!! Very biased employees and I would honestly renounce my Mozambican citizenship!!!! This is so disgraceful!!! Its so so bad I cant believe the embassy is still open. We have been waiting for hours, they accepting bribes from people who want to push ahead, they do not have proper waiting areas or friendly service. Very rude. very distasteful VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED, I'M SO ASHAMED

We have been waiting over 10 weeks for a work visa stamp. Sadly nobody answers the phone. Very bad for tourism.

Terrible treatment unfortunately for my highly pregnant wife. We had a booked appointment and they just don't care. They let her wait outside for hours in the heat and did nothing helpful. Eventually she just left without getting what she came for.

Terrible service's coz we reached here at 9h:00 and now it's 16h:00 and have not attended me and my kids and my have not eaten since yesterday. We paid at 11h:00 and have not attended me and my kids and we stay far from this place and we to take taxi's to go home and worse part is that they don't care and they are busy laughing at us.My little girl crying coz of she is staving. Very Terrible service

Utterly useless... Do NOT submit tourist visa applications here. They take the application and of course the fee and then refuse to process further. Apparently the reason is because of 'covid'. Just get a visa at the border. This is the pile of unprocessed applications see pic...

Never come across a more rude individual than the lady behind the reception counter who serves customers. Someone should tell her that she is not doing us a favor by allowing us to do business and provide funding to her country.

UPDATE: So the application was fine - deserved 5*s. BUT, by the time I left for my holiday 7 weeks and 3 follow up visit visits later NO VISA!! Refused to refund the R1,000 fee. I spent another hour at the border to get my visa for another R850.  Mozambique apparently HATES TOURISTS!! My rating would be ZERO STARS if the review would accept, unfortunately it cannot be less that 1   Went to apply for Tourism visa.  Not busy, whole process took about 45 minutes - now I wait!! Used to take 24 hours, but now in the Covid-19 environment, paperwork goes to Maputo for verification and takes ".... 2 - 3 weeks, could be longer".
