Very professional staff   I had applied for restaurant staffs. It tooks three months but alhamdullillah the embassy issued the visa for all of them. Really appreciate

I was shocked by the behaviour of the counters, their job was to help Pakistani people but they showed me that without so called "sifaarish"and some "maal"we can't get our business done. All of them were so humiliating. Being a Pakistani I was ashamed by their such rude,arrogant behaviour. Can anyone please tell me about any platform upper government officewhere I can make a complaint about them ?

I have been ringing constantly all morning no answer no matter what option I choose, went on Monday they were open but closed to the public which is not written or well known to the public.  No answer when you try to see if they can help you.  UPDATE: Have to give them an even lower rating than two stars, i went and paid for a FRC certificate that was never sent to me went back many times was given the same response that it would be sent out to me, to date, 4 months later i have received absolutely nothing from them. Beyond a joke

You Peoples are great at it i want to be at france.

Quick service for Passport renewals, visas for foreigners, CNIC renewals, and other certificates birth certificate, marriage, etc. Respectful staff. Really loved the visit and can't thank the team enough.

However, always to have a great and learning experience to represent Pakistan at UNESCO in Paris, France during 1993 onwards to 1998

Being Pakistani, We all love Pakistan.  The below review is my honest opinion based on my personal experience.  For my Passport Renewal, I had applied for online appointment on 17 November 2021. I got appointment confirmation for 23 December 2021.  I checked the requirements detailed at Pakistan Embassy Paris website.  The requirements were Original Passport with photocopy, Original CNIC/NICOP with photocopy, Original French ID or Proof of residence with copy.  I reached the embassy at 10:50 and found out that I need to take a token. So I took that at 10:55. There were 17 people ahead of me in the queue.  At Reception the gentleman asked me to show all the documents and deposit the fees.  It was a but disappointing to know that they only accept cash and no card payments for Passport Renewal.  I have to go out to get the cash from bank. This should had been informed via email or text or should have detailed on website.  Once I deposit the fees, the gentleman asked me to wait for my token number call. At that point the clock was showing 11:10.  While waiting i had observed that the photocopy machine was out of order. Also the picture taking machine was not working. You must have coins for these machines as these services are not free. Pictures cost 4 Euros for 6 pictures.  So my turn came at 12:30.  The gentleman dealing Passport was very kind and complete the procedure within 10 to 15 minutes. He check the documents, ask couple of questions such as do you work, your profession, have you applied online for the same service etc.  He took the photograph and finger prints.  Print a form and ask to sign after verifying the data. Later gave me the receipt to collect the passport.  The good things in the embassy were.  They have cafe machine, you can pay and have a good cafe. They have good heating system. They have good seating place. They have separate toilets for Gents and Ladies.  I am ok with the service and expect more.  Pakistan Zindabad.

I must say that in imran khan tenure the staff is really nice and cooperative
