Mozart Marvelicious Ice Cream Factory

Good place. But after the changes and upgrades, some of the flavours of ice cream changed. Friendly staff no doubt, but the ice cream is the main attraction, and unfortunately, it's just not the same. Used to be my favourite joint for a good pick me up and great flavours of ice cream.

This was really a most disappointing experience. We bought a tub of chocolate ice cream and it was awful. It was full of ice crystals and resembled a really bad sorbet. Giving it a one star is very generous. Sorry. Won't be back there again. We were deffinately at Mozart Ice cream factory in the Hillctest Heritage Market. You may want to check the tubs of ice cream in your freezer. Very far from being soft serve. I appreciate your offer. I do understand that I may have bought a dud. I will certainly give it a second chance and report on my experience. Thank you. I have been back to Mozart for a second try. I must say I am pleased to report that the ice cream was delicious and worthy of a 5 star. I have deducted 2 stars for allowing "old" tubs to be sold but I have added 1 star for correcting the oversight immediately. Well done. I will be back.

Super friendly staff, The names are incredibly creative but made simplistic with the AKA names #win! The ice-cream is of course DELICIOUS they even offer some good specials. Definitely a must!

Worth a visit just to check out the necessarily over-the-top steampunk decor. The Mad Hatter should feel perfectly at home in this delightfully extravagant and whimsical store full of many flavours of ice-cream and toppings galore. Friendly staff, over-stuffed patchwork armchairs the Dormouse would fall asleep in, like a Pantomime, the stores is geared for children but is also pleasing to the adult eye.

Worst ice-cream ever tasted. Lots of fat stuck to my pallet. Bought 3 scoops that ended up in the dustbin. Will never buy there again.

It could be so much better if the staff dont worry about the music and set the machince better not after u select ur ice cream then say i think i must set the machine
