MTN - Cresta Shopping Centre

Doing sim swop, wrong number was swopped. Took forever still not resolve. Now have yo eait 48hours for them to resolve the line they incorrectluly swoped out. Staff not friendly at all.

The service honestly needs to improve at this branch. Gave us the runaround to activate a sim card and just to transfer data took well over an hour and the store was empty. Although the staff is honestly helpful and approachable I think the technology and systems are terrible, as staff rely on the system to provide excellent service.

Amazing service. Thank you to Sindi Skhosana and her team, going out of their way to arrange stock , and assisting with numerous different requests and enquiries from a picky customer like me. They even delivered the devices to my address. Thank you.

Become my go to store as opposed to the big MTN store I personally found the staff and Manager always ready to help, explain deals .Main store very unfriendly and really unhelpful

Bad customer service, go to vodacom it's right next door .

So I continued the battle to sort out my mom's account. Positive - I got assistance. To a degree. Negative - it seems the previous month's debit order did not go off. Would really like to know who's at fault there: the bank or MTN? Still not happy with MTN. There needs to be a blanket ban on phone calls to pensioners: they ignored what my mom said a very clear NO - I AM NOT INTERESTED and set the whole stupid, unnecessary saga in motion. The one thing that bugs me is that every MTN I walked into the past three days had at least one other customer with a complaint in it - ranging from non-delivery of something ordered in October last year, to a general lack of communication and a "we've got you by the short and curries - now we don't care." That is not cool

They are always offline and we wait about an hour just to pay for your contract.

Not all the staff are interested in looking after customers, they may do you a favour by serving you. Only the gentleman in the corner bothered to assist.

I have been trying to sort out my contract with MTN Clearwater since last year November. Both the Clearwater branches are just clueless. They don't know proceses or they just don't communicate what is going on . I decided to give Cresta branch a try. I had an agent, Daniel, he was just brilliant. We had some technical problems, but it wasn't major. After 3 days he sorted me out and I came home with my new phone. Thanks Daniel
