Must be the worst Samsung store I've ever dealt with. Fast on selling you there product but don't give after sale service
The most shocking service i have recieved in my life. Bought a phone there that lasted a week. Now these idiots have been replacing every single part known to human race for the last month. I still dont have a phone. They refuse to replace or refund me. Stat away!!
Absolutely shocking service. A discredit to the Samsung name. Their is virtually no service, and one becomes invisible from the time they enter. If one manages to get help, they talk complete nonsense and are not interested. Walk on by.
Bunch of scammers the whole lot. Do not use them to repair your Samsung products. They will put inferior parts in, make sure it is working when you take it. Handed me back a watch without the proper seals. I did not realize it as I am unfamiliar with it the technical aspects of the watch. Used it for swimming as I always do and bam watch gone. They refuse to repair it even though the repair warranty is valid for 3 months and now wants to charge me. Please for your own sake, stay away from this store. Do not buy anything from them or their Eastgate branch. Owner Mohammed does not care what his staff does. Technician Washington is just arrogant rude obnoxious person. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE, DO NOT SUPPORT THEM IN ANY WAY!!!!!!
They "fixed" my phone after gettng it back it does not work properly and now they refuse to take it back and fix what they caused.
Worst service ever in my life Like if you don't want to work go home don't be rude or give useless service this branch must just be shut down in all honesty
See my hello peter posts for full details - but they have had my phone since 8/10 and they don't even have the decency to phone or update. When you phone them - empty promises and lies. Samsung SA only received the phone on 24/10 - still no feedback on 28/10, regardless of social media, hello peter posts etc. They couldn't care less.
Excellent service provided by Jerome and his team. Their sales and after sales service was nothing short of Excellent. Staff were very friendly and cooperative and they communicated well from the beginning for my order. Would definitely shop there again.
Repairs took longer than advised but the team was great! Cecilia is a gem! Very professional and efficient.
DON'T GO TO CLEARWATER SAMSUNG FOR ANY REPAIRS ...THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I took my Note 10+ in for a distorting speaker after a software update Which happened to me with my Note 8 earpiece but stopped after a following update then I was told that the phone will need to be booked in. all fine as i was prepared to replace the speaker as I understand that the possibility is there for a coincidence that the speaker was on its way out and the update just happened to happen on the same time. A day later I get a call saying that the speaker AND the lower MOTHERBOARD needs to be replaced. And that will please be R3 000. I asked why the lower mother board and what is wrong with the board. And it was said the speaker’s contact points connects to the lower board but cant confirm if the board is faulty or not so replace anyway. I asked to please replace speaker only and was told that I will be called back with a new quote I didn’t even get the 1st quote. 8 days later I call back as I didn’t get any updates and was told again the same story, speaker and main board but now R3 200 again I asked for updated quote for speaker only and was told okay will be in contact. Another week later I called again and asked for management that’s if I even spoke with management to try and get things going and management told me no they will not revise the quote and basically to take it or leave it. I went back to clearwater and collected my phone and rot replacement parts Speaker and rework kit online for R529 including shipping and did the replacement myself and the phone is like new. Now why does Samsung scam people by charging 6 times the price for a repair and replace items in a phone that they have no proof is faulty or not. I’m disgusted in Samsung’s service and Voice of Samsung also ignored me after 2 mails. and google reviews also wont help as you get the same “copy” and “Paste” response over all complaints. I just hope this review will help any future people from getting scammed
