Great Service, was helped quickly over the weekend, it just took way too long to buy something there, too much hoops and loops the staff need to go through to sell an item. It gets a bit too busy at times. You guys need to work on your turn-around time to get clients in and out first, and maybe look at moving to a bigger shop as it gets a bit crowded n there. Staff all don't have proper uniforms, difficult to distinguish staff from clients.

Visited the shop on 24 Feb 2022 to renew my cellphone contract. Hlomphu assisted me to review the current contract and we decided to remove a data bundle and a voice bundle from the previous contract because I wasn't using them. I upgraded and left the stored. An hour later, I received an email confirming the upgrade with the two bundles still on the invoice. I went back to the store and spoke with Lucia who said that the systems were down and that she would remove the bundle once the systems were back up. I called a few days later and spoke with Lucia to confirm that they were in fact removed and she admitted that she forgot to do it but would do it straight away. The next day the bundles were still not removed so I called the store and asked to speak with the manager who was not in so I left my details for him to call me back. My call was not returned. I called again on 23 March and insisted on speaking with the manager who finally removed the bundles himself. I questioned the fact that I'm been charged for the bundles for March even though I requested in February that they be removed. His response was that since I didn't have a refence number to prove that I requested the removal, there was nothing that he could do. How was I to know that I needed a reference number? He didnt even attempt to assist in any way and didnt even offer an apology. So the staff at the store mess up, dont do their jobs and I'm the one who has to pay for it. Awful service all round. I wont be back.

Was told they would keep stock of phone for me but when I came to collect they didn't have it... For a second time! But yet they wanted me to sign my new contract with out the phone. Uh... No thanks.

When I phoned in this morning I was assisted by Teddy, very professional, punctual and friendly. I came in to the store to get my new phone where Teddy assisted me and he didn’t disappoint, he was patient and kind. Store staff play a big roll in the success of a company and I must say experiencing the energy of someone who seems passionate about his job makes it pleasant to revisit the store.

What great service. They greated us at the door, helped us right away although it was busy, and the guy who helped us sorry I can't remember his name didn't mind explaining something to my mom more than once. He even had someone come and show her the phone and explain to her exactly how the package works. They also put the screen guard and cover on for her. Great service guys!

Thank you Vodacom for great service! It was 30minutes and our new Data contract was added to our existing account. Very efficient and kind!

The absolute worst customer service I have experienced anywhere. My wife went to collect her phone that was in for repair. Four staff members standing outside talking and dancing, one told her to go to the service counter where she waited for 10 minutes. She then returned to the front of the shop where someone eventually assisted her. Worst of all is that the manager was present the whole time, also just standing outside with the staff while they talk and dance, not at all aware or even interested.. A joke really.

Clean and neat but the service is extremely slow. It took over an hour and half just to open a new contract. The assistant manager has no people skills.
