MTN Innovation Centre

One of the worst MTN stores. I applied for a iPhone 13 Pro contract 2 weeks ago, they couldn’t tell me when I’d receive the device or anything then I went back there and said it’s fine I’ll get an iPhone 14 pro as they said it will come sooner. After a week still hasn’t heard anything and had to go back there. They told they would be getting them in the next day. The next day I called 4 times to see if they got them, they hadn’t. Then on the 4th time I called a guys said yes we only got one but not in the colour I wanted. The. I googled this colour and it was quite nice so I called back not even 30 minutes later and a lady said no they hadn’t received any iPhones that day, I told her the guy said you had she said no so I asked to speak to him and she said he was with a client. Then I told them he must all be back before he goes home as it was towards the end of day. Guess what I never received that phone call. Just honestly terrible. Not going back there. A manager needs to sort this out because it doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

I went to the Ferndale on republic branch in Randburg today and what perthitic service I got, employees were talking about systems being offline and were just not helpful. I even tried to contact them online and I was still not assisted to date, if this is what the service provider is offering, I would rather take my business elsewhere. I would not recommend anyone to go to this service provider unless you want to waste your time.

I love this MTN store in ferndale mall. I was helped by a consultant with the name of gift. Fast and afficiant service. Thank you MTN store for employing staff who know their thing .

The shop is not friendly towards disable clients. No chairs to sit on. Service is extremely slow..
