Great Service.. Easy Parking and friendly staff

Extremely poor service being rendered due to system dysfunctions. As an internet service provider your systems that staff are compelled to use is absolutely shocking. It's actually a joke for you to even advertise when you don't have your house in order. And you advertise when there are no price codes on your stock. I sat in the Rbay store for 5 hours on 9th July. To date as I type this to you I don't have my devices or contract. I actually felt bad for the consultant assisting me because he was trying to help me with a failing support system that couldn't back him up. And mind you, I was on my day off. Not a happy customer at all. Pity there is no zero rating.

Outstanding service that honestly cannot be matches in Richard's Bay! The staff and management of this store has just got it right. It's worth the wait, given the covid restrictions.

Super service, listened to my needs, did a deal and I walked out with my new phone in under a hour. I was expecting a two day delay, so super impressed.

Can take a bit long waiting in quues for service, when your number comes up. Staff friendly and helpfull.
