We had a fantastic time cooking with Nadege. She is a wonderful chef with a great passion for the south African and french cuisine. We learned a lot about the preparation of certain dishes including our dietary preferences, laughed about her anecdotes from France and received great recommendations for adventurous things to do in Cape Town. A cooking class with Nadege is like cooking with a good friend.
