We ordered 2 boujee bowls and we got a bowl with quarter rice. it was never like this
This place gets worse and worse every time I come here. Last time we ordered a hot full chicken with extra source, when we got home the chicken was mild and no extra source. Today, we decided to sit in I had to go ask for glasses. I had to go again to ask for the takeaway bag, when the lady got to our table she place the bag on the couch and took he plates. This whole experience reminded me why I said I'm not coming back the last time
Omg! I love their food lol, it tastes like Indian food. They were nice and the place is clean. Their food is pricey but I guess it's because of the location, the rice is small, the chicken size is good, the sauce is too much but I enjoyed everything. Did you see mine before and after pictures? Lol
Worst Nandos franchise store ever. They never get your order right, always give you something short, take over 40 minutes for two livers and then are still rude and sarcastic to the customer. Cannot email you the receipt because it was not given back to us and no thank you, will not be visiting this store ever again. One too many times that this store cannot get orders right and ALWAYS give you something short in your take away order.
Waited over 40 minutes for 2 pitas at an empty store. First time here and Won't be returning. Longest waiting time I have had at any Nandos

Visited this place a good number of times before and the food was excellent however on this occasion the the quarter chicken I ordered was raw and not cooked evenly , I understand it is a busy restaurant but I wouldn’t have minded waiting a little longer and having properly cooked food.
The food was delicious as always and the service was okay. I find it weird that the menu in England is slightly different tho with bottomless drinks, peri peri chips etc. All in all, Nando’s is always a great idea for quick, inexpensive and delicious food...
Very disappointed! Ordered veggie rice with halloumi, and coleslaw and when I got home and opened the boxes, found quantities as per the photo - inconsistent between the two veggie rice boxes and miserly portions too!!, and coleslaw less than previous experience. We had just on Wednesday bought the same combination from Nandos Mall@Reds Centurion and the veggie rice and halloumi boxes were filled to the top same size boxes as today, and more coleslaw than today as well. Called Nandos Sandton City, who just made excuses including that the boxes are now bigger than before, which is not true and no apology - got them to collect and give a refund. Won't be buying from them anytime soon!
