I was so disappointed that the food did not come is we used to and the staff didn’t even bother putting extra sauce as we requested then when we asked if they did because the food did not have the special request stickers then they just added chopped red and green pepper and didn’t want to give us our money back. The supervisors are full of attitude and never apologetic for the poor service and inaccurate order.
Horrible experience. We ordered two pita. The order was sent back because it was not tasting fresh and very chewy. The manager said was fresh and the only problem was that it wa so overcooked. The replace the order with the new one. The chicken was not overdone but still NOT FRESH, few strips and stuffed with lots and lots at the bottom. I will NEVER EVER buy there again !!!!!

My recent experiences have been terrible. For the second time now first with a kiddies meal and now with an adult meal, the chicken from this particular franchisee is not cooked inside with clearly visible pink look and blood on the meat and bones. The chicken doesn't even separate from the bones. We had to make alternative plans and dispose of the chicken. So we're not only worried about covid-19, anti-vaxxers, elections with no prospects of any change and now we need to worry about salmonella!!!!
Ordered a grande salad and it was terrible. The vegetables were chunky and not cut in reasonable sizes. There was also no corn and they were stingy with the chicken. Very disappointing for such an expensive salad.Food: 1/5
My experience today was really great,after 1 year I visited the store,I had a bad experience last year.... ....well done to the young gentlemen keegan....they should make you a supervisor has you are so well trained...he his such a pleasant lad and made us feel so comfortable with such good manners ...well done to the management of head office please do acknowledge the lad...he will get the business higher.
Horrible. I made an order worth R1 700.00 it came back wrong, I had to drive back to store. The inconvenience. I hate Nando's Modderfontein. Never ever shame! Our Company will no longer have their Friday lunch at Nando's. Great job guys!

I kept calling their number three times and they kept hanging up on me. The first lady dropped while I was talking. Then I phoned again, the gentleman was busy laughing and chatting with his colleagues while I was trying to say my order and then he hung up aswell. Then A lady answered the phone and hang. I phoned and spoke to Sthembile who then took my order after 3 calls. When we place an order via Uber eats they normally dont follow what we wrote under instructions. I always order extra sauce but not once have they given me that. Its disappointing really.
