Services was good and the pizza. We did however order three pizzas and only got two from our order but we couldn't wait for the third because of how hungry we were so we didn't complain.
It's Panarottis, what is there not to like? Well, I'll tell you. Although the service we got was not the best nor better, the food makes up for it hence 4 stars. I'm not impressed by their wine collection though, ended up settling for a sparkling drinkmojito which I enjoyed. My friend's beer was hot and the other pizza they forgot to add extra avo, they had to take away the pizza to do so causing it to be a bit cold. But, the pizzas were amazing! I love Mexicana hot hot hot.
As always the food is and was delicious. Unfortunately this time around I can't say the same about the service. I ended up phoning them to get the waiter to come outside. He didn't even apologies. I understand the wait when we sat down because then it was busy, after that however it got quiet and there was no reason not to come around and check on your tables.
I am disheartened after being a loyal Panarottis customer when I ordered two pizza's on collection. I asked the Lady at the till why the pizza is just full of cheese and the other one literally has 10 pieces of chicken and she had told me that that's how the head chefs make it.
Food took a bit long, unfortunately there was no 'vegan waffles' available... why have it on the menu then? Waitress was all over the show too... used to be a great place, seems to be going a bit backward
This place is so bad. They sent us food that is absolutely sickening. It smells bad and looks terrible. Had one bite and spat it out. How can you send food out that is off and try and hide it by covering it up with so much sauce. I am disgusted. And to think I almost fed that to my child. I would of been I'm hospital tomorrow her. If I could I would give no starts.
Distrustful portions of food, considering the price tag on the meals. Had to complain twice about the portions of the pizza and the starter. They tried to cheat us when we ordered a monsterito pizza. They gave us a monserito pizza box, with a large pizza inside it. Absolutely appalling. Second complaint was the combo starter for two, that was R70, looking like a meal not even a hamster would enjoy, no sauce/s were given with the meal, it was a DRY and TINY proportion. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!!!
The atmosphere is very nice, the service is fast and the food is of good quality.
You are not up-to-date. Panarottis Greenstone have packed up. Cappuccinos is now in that spot. All nice and brand new.
Do not visit this branch on a Sunday evening after 5 PM. We went to the outlet and even though whole staff was standing at the entry noone bothered to assist us. We sanitized ourselves and made way to seat ourselves and still staff keeps looking at us but noone to assist, cant remember if the whole family was wearing alien or invisible suits. To make matters more interesting when we asked the manager any specific reason for noone being interested in serving us we were told whole staff is stressed as restaurant closes in next hour or two while the website lists it closing at 8PM on Sundays and regardless if the intake of orders was stopped then perhaps we compile have been stopped at the gate itself instead of staring at us. Owners and management perhaps have a look.
