Food was great except for the French fries which were extra dry and chewy and tasted refried. Atmosphere is a little lacklustre.. they use the restaurant floor space for storing supplies near the kitchen and it looks bad to be honest. Ventilation not up to standard, very smokey inside even with the doors open.Food: 4/5
We went on Valentine's Day, and it was extremely busy. But our lovely waitron Lorraine not only told us upfront about delays and kept us informed throughout the night, she provided excellent service and took care of us. She also had a lovely sense of humour. We were so impressed.
The best. Speedy service, great foodnice and hot and ambiance. Not too packed maybe I went on a good day but overall i had a great experience. If you feel like nice prawns i highly reccomend
I am most disappointed with the service and quality of food at this particular branch. Initially, I attempted to place an order via their website ordering system, however, the branch was not available. Following this, I contacted them by phone to place an order for collection. Regrettably, their phone lines were sub-standard, leaving me unable to hear clearly. I requested two wraps, but was disappointed with the attitude of the waiter when I arrived for collection. Upon returning home, I discovered that the wraps contained chilli, although I had not requested it, making it unedible. I specifically requested lemon butter sauce, yet it was evident that once they remade a new meal, the sauce was made with margarine which is unacceptable. The chips were also stale and the rice was uncooked. When contacted to rectify the situation, the branch only offered to make a new meal which was a tremendous inconvenience as it necessitated traveling back and forth. When I eventually returned, I encountered uninterested staff who made excuses for the poor quality of food. Only when I threatened to request a refund did they change their manner.
They changed their menu and since then we have not been back. They used to serve an amazing Salmon salad which is not on offer :- The sushi at this one was very very slow. You try get the waiters attention but they stand around in groups ignoring you. Fire the lot and start over cause your staff will kill your restaurant.
Our Waiter Trymore was an awesome host. Our meal was delicious, they made Father's Day super awesome!!
My wife and I really enjoyed the food here. We came here for early lunch and ordered the seafood platter for two. Everything on the platter was cooked to perfection. If you're on a carb diet, the stir fries is a great option as a side. We will definitely be back when we feel for a seafood feast.
The food is always good here and the waiting staff are always on point. Never disappointed. I couldn't recommend this branch more.
Holy smokes! this place is terrible. We stood in front and nobody came to seat us. After 10 min of flagging someone down, we were finally seated and then forgotten!!!! We stood up and left. 2 days later, and I still don't think they looked for us! I can't believe it. As self-proclaimed a food critic, I must make mention that if your food is mediocre, astleast have quality service. They didn't create opportunities for either. And let me tell you. The restaurants around them are going to eat them alive for it. Watch out, guys. Just an observation.
Worst experience ever!! 1. Get to the restaurant and are told by our server that they are out of bread rolls.. yet the 2 tables that came in AFTER US were given rolls. 2.The restaurant was quiet.. probably 4 tables occupied. We waited for 1 and a half hours and had still not received Our main meals. When we questioned our server, she advised that the take-away orders were prioritized over ours?? 90 min to wait for food is ridiculous. We eventually asked for our food to be packed into take aways directly from the kitchen. I would have gotten faster service if I had used a delivery app!!! I would have given a zero star rating if I could. 3. Staff couldn't be bothered, standing outside and chatting instead of making sure customers were attended to. Will never visit this branch again. Absolutely pathetic
