Perfect mid-week go-to place if you want to unwind, relax, sip on a delicious cocktail and indulge in a mouthwatering dinner. Our waiter was só welcoming and friendly, making us feel at home right from the moment we set foot in the door. The alcohol is a bit expensive but the food definitely made up for that.
Not a bad view, but the seats were not comfortable, the cocktails were very light on alcohol, and the burger tasted like they used a frozen patty. It was very empty when we arrived, should have realised there was a reason why. Service was reasonably good though.
The food here is quite average, and our waiter had to be flagged down several times in order to get some service. The furniture also seems run down and the bird poop all over the banners above us wasn’t great. But there is quite a nice view and the manager was super helpful. Maybe it’s a better place to come to at night to enjoy a few drinks.
Very nice chill out place. We had a very nice platter and some amazing cocktails. The place is itself is very nicely set up and the waiters and bartenders are very very friendly. I have been here once but will definitely go back for the amazing service provided....
My experience overall was mediocre and it was first time trying the place out. The cocktails were not great, I just had one but I didn’t feel enticed to order another. We had a long wait for the food and that wait was extended when an incorrect order was brought to the table for my friend. I had ordered a peri-peri chicken wrap with fries and that was actually quite good. One of my friends had two starters: halloumi and calamari - that order was the last to arrive at the table. Lastly, my other friend had ordered chicken sliders with fries but instead she got beef. What bothered me most was the fact that the waiter told us that this plate comes with one beef and one chicken slider. When he brought the plate to the table, it was clearly two beef sliders on there and when I asked him to confirm again, he said it’s “one beef and one chicken”. So my friend ate her fries first and just before digging into the sliders, she was convinced now that there was no chicken on her plate at all, so the order had to be changed after the manager took a look. Eventually her food came and she said it was good. Their card machines were offline for what they said had been an hour and they failed to notify us. Two of us had to walk to find an ATM because they were not willing to accept EFTs. Eventually, we paid and left. I had been told that the place was known for a good hookah but the price they charge didn’t make me willing to try. It was not great value for money. All in all, one star goes to the waiter and the music they played. Two stars go to my food.
Waiters are the best, always friendly and are the coolest guys. Food is good and cocktails are even better.
went there for my birthday dinner, had asked for table outside but it was cold so in the last minute they arranged table for my 12 guests inside, very grateful for that our waiter was the slowest i have ever seen, took forever for my sisters food to come, mind you she is pregnant. other than that, after 9pm when it turns into a semi club, its lit. dj plays really good
Unfortunately one star was the lowest choice I had, deserved a zero. Worst service I had.... EVER. Wont even recommend it to anyone I know. Waited even for the bill. This could still be excused if the place was jam packed, but.... Only 2 tables occupied. It was so bad that I had to phone them from inside this joint to ask for service whilst everyone was chit chatting. Toilets reeked of urine. What more need I say. The food was ok, nothing special, but the experience as a whole also dragged the taste rating down, unfairly perhaps.
Went for half price sushi and cocktails on a Sunday afternoon. Venue was quiet and it took over 45 minutes for our food to arrive. That wasn't the worst of it, there was hair from the chef in the sushi, absolutely disgusting. Will never go back.
The venue is extremely run down with broken chandeliers, cracked toilets and no toilet paper. Furniture had seen better days. The food was enjoyable and tasty but the surroundings were very off putting. Would most likely not go back until they revamp.
