Nature's Ark Kennels & Cattery

For probably 10 years now we've been using Natures Ark Kennels. We've been very happy with the care Stacey has given our 2 dogs. However, we've never had a need for more than just normal kenneling. We've just come back from a long overseas family visit and I can honestly say that, had it not been for Stacey's understanding of animals, our Scotty would no longer be with us. She noticed he was off colour, took immediate action and got professional help. The amount of 'way beyond the call of duty' running around she did on our behalf was phenomenal. Her constant updates of the situation helped with the stress of being so far away. If you are looking for someone to entrust your animals to in your absence, you will not find a more dedicated 'surrogate mom' than Stacey at Natures Ark. THANK YOU !

After all the reviews, I was extremely disappointed by the way they create perception of being so dog friendly but nowhere on the website could I find any upfront statement as received in the reply email "...we do not board Rottweilers...". the fact that they want to discriminate against a particular breed is their choice but then be upfront about it put it on the website, not 'hidden' in a reply email.

My fur babies' first stay in a kennel and I will never take them anywhere else. They were happy and very well cared for.

A safe, clean and loving environment to leave your pets when they can't be with you. Stacey kept me informed and sent photos regularly during my babies' 2 month stay. It was easy to talk to her and make arrangements which gave me peace of mind that they really where at the best place possible

Our little Jack Russell, Josh has stayed with Stacey at Natures Ark every time that we have gone on holiday for the last 10 years. Josh loves going to visit Aunty Stacey and is always excited when we drop him off. Josh, now aged 11, has developed a painful problem with his back and requires chronic medication which is administered daily every 8 hours. When we went away recently, Stacey organized heating for Josh and specially arranged a ramp system for him to get in and out of his kennel. She also ensured that he was given his medication regularly. This meant visits to Josh late at night with fish paste to make the tablets palatable. Fish paste has now become Josh's firm favourite. Thank you, Stacey for your caring and dedication. It has always been and still is very much appreciated.

Stacey was absolutely amazing . She took really great care of Jerry as if he was her own. It was fantastic to receive photo updates which sets your mind at ease. The kennel is clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend her services!

I left my kitty for almost 2 weeks at Nature's Ark Kennels & Cattery, was very hard for me but after seeing the accommodation I was feeling a lot more at ease. The cat 'cages' are sufficiently cosy with an accessible room that can be closed-off from the cold at night with cosy igloo beds. Stacey updated me regularly with images and videos to help my yearning heart This place has a lovely feeling, the birds that live in the yard, ducks, geese, pigeons and chickens with a cockatoo cage nearby, create a real farmyard experience and the dogs typically love the company of each other! Thank-you Stacey and Nature's Ark for making the experience easier.

I have nothing but praise and gratefulness towards the staff at Nature's ark kennels. They looked after our 8 week old puppy when we couldn't, with the utmost of care and compassion while we received regular photo updates on his well-being. The kennels are clean and beautifully maintained. I truly believe that the animals consider Nature's ark a mini hotel, since they are always happy and excited to see Stacey! Thank you once again : You guys are great.
