NedBank Carnıval Mall

Very bad service! Wow I came here back in 2016 when my son was a few months old. We waited more than 1 hour & eventually decided to leave because the baby was getting restless and queue was not moving. Fast forward 2022 nothing has changed here. We have been waiting over an hour now and the queue is moving very very slowly. I left my work thinking this would take under 1 hour but I was wrong. There are many empty cubicles. You see staff members walking around & doing other things except assisting all clients who are waiting. Out of the 5 tellers only 2 working. One teller assisted one client for well over 30 minutes while other staff members are doing other things not paying any attention to the long queue. This branch is very dysfunctional. Extremely poor service!!‍‍

Your security is very rude. I asked the lady in front of me and she said she was not in a queue and just waiting for a friend. The security rudely told me to get into the queue which there wasn't. The Nedbank employee at the ticket counter then assisted me. Very rude treatment considering I have been a customer for years

Amazing experience. Mr Thando Vilakazi, I applaud your patience and for being readily available to help. The bank's service alone is worth moving for.

Disgusting rude security guard would not let me in to confirm if my swallowed card was blocked 5 minutes before closing time, slammed door in my face when I asked to speak to the branch manager.

Possibly now one of the slowest banks in SA and COVID-19 is no excuse!

Slow, disinterested, zero customer service.
