Bought my son some tools for his upcoming project at creche. A bucket, shovel & watering can. They will plant flowers for spring.  Prices are strange everywhere these days    The bucket & shovel set price on the shelf was R12,60. When they scanned it at the till it said R26. That's more than double!  They said "price has gone up". Nonetheless they still gave me at the price I saw on the shelf.  Overall good service and patient staff

There are some friendly staff, Samantha is always friendly and helpful. However sometimes there's not much visibility of staff within the aisles if you need to ask for assistance.

Once again stock on plastic bags on shelf mixed up. When enquiring about a particular size, one "helper" said it wasn't his aisle and the lady who worked there wasn't intetested in helping me saying there is no stock. When I went to enquiries, they checked stock said there was stock only to find there wasn't. Go figure.

Friendly staff, and a clean orderly place is the reason I come back often. The prices are competitive and the place is well managed.

Nice Just need to keep more stock on hand as their jars run out of stock fast

Westpack Carnival is a very nice Westpack. Has a wide variety of products

Was in there today looking for consol jars. We walked up and down the ailses and decided to ask for help. A guy working there walked passed us on his way to the back. We said hi and he didn't even stop to hear what we had to ask. Really bad customer assistance. Anyone can be busy but at least just be polite and say sorry I'm helping someone else and I'll be with you now or something like that. Management should really look at giving their employees some training.

Best place to shop for almost everything

Always a good place te visit.
