Great experience, the car was there waiting for me. Car was in great shape clean and the driver was very friendly.Easy drop off. Overall a great experience. I’d recommend Neo-Star !!

Extremely bad service.  Company confirmed booking via email.  The next day, they sent driver details and estimated arrival time which was 15min later.  I did not stress as I had given 30min extra time.  Driver did not arrive at the time given and all numbers provided were out if service.  Missed my flight and had to pay extra for later flight.  2hrs later, NO call from Neo Star Car Rental.

They literally sent me a random uber after I payed for a executive package on their website.  This is a scam .

Love the service and their vehicles are up to standard.
