Worst experience ever. I took my 10 month baby to the emergency room. After checking her vitals, we were let into the doctor's room. We waited for an hour and no1 checked up on us in the room. We then called the nurse, who informed the doctor on call. The doctor on call told the nurse to administer medication without even examining my baby. We refused the medication and asked to see the doctor. The doctor blatantly told the nurse" well then they must just carry on waiting". She didn't even have the decency to come into the room for 30 seconds just to reassure us. Its extremely sad that the female doctor had zero empathy for us as parents and for my child as well. I guess you are only priority if you are close to death. After waiting for 3 hours to be seen, we decided to take my dehydrated and nauseous baby to another facility.
I had a small procedure done at the facility in the beginning of December 2022 . The service I received was nothing short of excellent. The reception team when I arrived in the emergency, the nurses that took care of me in the ward and Doctors that conducted my procedure were all wonderful. I would highly recommend the hospital. My experience was fantastic. I was well looked after and cared for. I would highly recommend the hospital.
The nurses should love what they do and patients should feel that love. They just here to get the paycheck, they don't mind the bad impact, bad attitude, no respect, rude behavior they have towards their patients. Patients in hospitals are already going through trauma and they just making it worse! Each nurse should be evaluated individually because the little handful of the good ones are given a bad reputation because of the bad apples.
I went in for major surgery removal of the uterus in the maternity ward. This hospital is top notch, am blown away by the level of care, empathy, professionalism - the staff were simply amazing. I would highly recommend this hospital, truly, the staff are incredible!
My son was born on the 19th of October 2022 at this Hospital. It was the worst experience ever. Not only did they forget a swab in my wife and they had to take her back into theater to open her up again, the treatment she got afterwards was horrible!!! In the maternity ward she sat for 2 days without someone coming to clean the sheets. Nobody checked up on her for pain or asked if they can assist with anything. We had to call or look for assistance the whole time then it takes forever for someone to actually show up and 'assist'. This is by far the worst maternity ward I have ever experienced and its not like the ward was busy....not at all. Till today we have not received a call or anything from the hospital to explain the incident, no social worker attented to my wife for the trauma of going back into surgery for their negligence. They just tried to sweep it under the rug and pretend it didnt happen. I dont want to think of what could have happened if the doctor didnt notice the theather staff scratch around for something....she would have left the theater with that swab.....because he wasnt planning on telling anyone....the staff confirmed it.
If I could give a -10 I would. I have never ever had such bad service or experience at a hospital. The people are useless the food is pathetic. They put you in rooms with no windows . They don't move you to big rooms you kept in a 3x3 room with no windows no help from staff . as you get your child to sleep They walk in with no consideration to shut up just to ask are you fine. And wake your sick child up . If I had a problem I would push the button for help just pathetic.
Nurses apathetic. Night staff loud and rude. Emergency unhelpful. Went in with miscarriage in excruciating pain. But in a back room to wait for 3 hours and a kind elderly lady suffering from breathing problems and suspected heart attack made such a continual fuss with the nurses and staff that they helped me and sent me up into the hospital for a gynae to help me. I thank God for that lady because the staff are apathetic and don’t care. But don’t forget to pay your bill! You’re good enough to pay but not good enough for emergency medical help when it threatens your life
The nurses in ICU was great however the nurses in Medical ward was absolutely horrible!! They did not know what was going on, and they do not care about their patients at all, they are rude and treat you very badly. I do not usually write review but this was too bad not to post.
Wow The Best. Good service, good medical help, clean hospital. The doctor's team did not spare the horses to find the medical problem I had. I can Say Thank you to all the staff and DR Zama thank you.
I had an excellent experience with the Emergency staff on a public holiday. Everyone was courteous, friendly and efficient and I had no problem getting my issue attended to.
