Absolutely by far the best vet EVER! The receptionists are helpful, friendly, and informative. The veterinarian was understanding, patient, and friendly. Cannot complain about anything. Every last detail was taken care of. Simple gestures of dog treats and even Smarties for the owners were given with our package to take home. Will never go to any other vet! Happy doggies and happy owners!
My gratitude to Dr Melissa Sussens. She was caring, thoughtful and incredibly sympathetic during the passing of my beloved doggo. I can highly recommend Ixia street animal hospital if you are looking for a caring vet.
Their motto is "Modern medicine - old fashioned cate" and the little extras are so appreciated. Took our ginger kitty Monkey for his annual vaccination and we left with a personalized goodie bag with his name on the outside and a little bag of take home cat treats.
They treat the animals well, but the humans not ao much. Receptionist has zero empathy. Cut me off twice to speak to someone standing next to him while i was trying to ask aboutcmy sick pet. Have removed my files and gone elsewhere.
Didn't have the appointment on the end but a very good vet, polite, responsive and helpful.
Love this Vet. So gentle with little Merlot de Kock . Very clean and neat and still maintain covid 19 restrictions. Staff friendly and helpful.
We recently lost our lovely Sasha due to complications caused by Addison's disease. Needless to say, its heartbreaking even though we know she is in a better place now. I have to give a great big shout out to Dr Natalie Bosman and her amazing team. They are a caring "family" and we can honestly say there is no better animal hospital to take care of your pets in good health and in sickness. Thank you so much for your caring Natalie and Team.

Expert treatment and sympathetic care from Dr Natalie Bosman and her team. Your pet couldn't be in better hands. Five of our dogs have been treated there over the past two decades.
