Unbelievable good service. In and out in 5 hours. From admission in and out theater to been discharged. The helpfulness of all the staff blew my mind. I can with all my pride say . THANKS TO ALL THAT TREATED ME

Netcare Vaalpart has the worst service ever!! Don't take your loved one there, poor management, receptionist and care for the patients. My mother was discharged at 20:00 without seeing the doctor or being attended to the whole day! Mind you she was just out of the ICU.

Took my boy to emergency room, he fell out of bed. They took him in without any issues and handled us with such care. Had a CT scan done and results were fast. Staff were very caring. Thank you

Waited for the Dr for over an hour. Only to be told what I've been told for over 2 years even after explaining that I've had the problem for over 2 years. I was not taken seriously at all. Oh and I asked for a blanket as my feet were freezing and I was told that they'll check if they can find it. Horrible service for a private hospital

Worse hospital EVER!!! Stay away from this private hospital...the level of rudeness from staff is on another level. If you ask me they actually treat people of colour horrible as if you not supposed to be there. As sick and weak as I was , I asked for something to eat and I was told walk to the garage to buy...really???? They are so pathetic!!! I was told they won't admit because they have no beds..liars!!!! And worse they say I can go home when there is a curfew already...STAY AWAY

This is the worse hospital I ever been to government hospital give me better service. The Doctor shouldn't be working with patients he has no bedside manner I walked out of casualties refuse to be treated by this hospital and doctor I can't believe that a medical aid like fedheath expects there members to go to such a hospital

ER staff were friendly and attentive to my grandmother however she was kept over night and waited all of the next day to see a doctor about a rash/reaction on her legs and Dr TEICHLER was so incredibly rude to both her and my uncle it was disgusting! When she asked him what he thought was wrong he responded "are you a house wife ? If I gave you all the ingredients to bake a cake could you do it in five minutes ?" And when she tried to tell him her medical history she was cut off with "I don't want to hear your stories" he responded the same to my uncle when he tried to speak to him over the phone. DISGUSTING behaviour from Dr TEICHLER

Pathetic hospital, waited more then an hout for X Rays. Then the Dr. Tells you the obvious and he needs to phone another Dr. Then you get told go sit in the waiting area till they call you. So then you sit there. X Ray printed out the X ray but the printer doesn't print on the ER side. The nurse tells you they need to wait for the printer but I have a printed X ray in hand. More like a government clinic then a “private hospital”. Stay away from this place. Rather go to MediClinic in Vanderbjilpark or Vereeniging
