Phekolong Hospital

Good evening. I’m sad and angry to share this with everyone. My pregnant sister was admitted at Phekolong hospital on Monday 06/06/2022. She has been complaining that she has pains and on Tuesday she told the nurses that she can’t feel the baby’s movement and she still in pains, but the nurses never took her pains serious. On Wednesday 08/06/2022 morning she was transferred to Provincial hospital and the Dr couldn’t feel the baby’s heartbeat and movements, she lost the baby. She slept with the dead body inside her yesterday and today she must again sleep with the dead body, and they can only operate her tomorrow if the body doesn’t come out on its own. When we call the hospital they tell us it’s their procedure, do we have to loose my sister as well in order for them to see how serious this matter is?

My mother was admitted last week Thursday in the hospital. Ever since she is there I phone everyday to hear how she is doing. This morning I must hear from the personal in the Medical Ward that they can't give me any information about my mother because they don't know how I'm related to her. It doesn't matter how many times I tell them that I'm her daughter still they refuse to give info to me. The best part is they go and ask my mom how she is doing. My mom can hardly speak. In my eyes that personal must get training again

This hospital is the worst ever my uncle who had an operation few months back now it's giving him problems so we called the ambulance it responded on time big ups to the green team, so the got to the hospital at 09:00 am the doctor saw him at about 8pm imagine sitting there the whole day while you are in pain yoh

I am not a big fan of hospitals nd clinics ,but I must say I received good medical care at this hospital just last week ,Sister Motloung was very helpful ,loved her sense of humour too....

All i can say the service is good nd the nurses nd docter ur working hard to help the community

Service is poor as a patient you arrive at 6:am & leave at 6:pm without being consulted by a doctor and the receptionist always shout at us I'd rather die than go to that hospital

I was in maternity ward in phekolong hospital i got a very warm welcome and i was treated very good. Sister Matla and her crew i salute them and the night duty sisters. Thank you very much for a job well done

I don't know about the rest of the departments but the sonar service we got today was so bad in so many way. We never cried like this with my preggy preggy partners

I just gave birth there on the 8 February 2021. The service I got it felt like I paid them because it was the best. The midwife who was helping me sister Nhlapo made the experience to be so simple and fun that I was even laughing through pushing the baby. I went all the way from Bloemfontein to Bethlehem just to give birth because I was scared of what I experienced in Bloemfontein with my first baby so I my friend telling me that her experience was the best at phekolong so I decided that I rather be at phekolong hospital. Sister Nhlapo and all other midwives and doctors keep it up with excellent work
