Ladysmith Provincial Hospital

Came here at 17:00 with my sick child. its now 21:35. The pediatrician takes her time she has been busy with 1 child for over an hour and the previous one for more than an hour aswell, by the time we get assistance her my daughter will be better. 1stvand last visit here. They are here to help people but taking their time. They really are the worst.

There's one nurse who wears glasses. They call her Sister Duma , while she attending to me I told her that I already got help and she waved at me signaling that she doesn't really care , I obviously let that go but she continued being mean to other people older then me mind you I'm 19 years old. When she was helping one old lady she told her that she must turn over to the other side and the old lady struggled and she just starred at her until she managed to move. And then there was this other lady that was shouting at the doctors , this nurse laughed softly and said kubuhlungu ukuba yihlanya meaning it's painful to be a crazy person and I was really heartbroken to see her laughing at an ill person , she's not fit to be a nurse. Thank you.

Very poor service came 5 minutes after visitation time to drop off some food and leave. the security refused to assist us to drop off food by the patient. Very disappointed in our state hospital.

Worst experience in this place, the nurses and the doctors are very relaxed and seem on holiday. We got here at 21:45pm and it’s now 1am still no assistance. Nobody wants to tell us anything, absolutely pathetic, being my second time here I’m reminded once again why most people don’t come out alive

I went there for vaccination. I didn't know that the vaccination site is at nurses home and so I joined everyone on the general entrance. The line for screening was fast and I was directed to the vaccination site. Enjoyed service.

The nurses and doctors are great. But it's the OPD that's got the biggest problem. With the way they talk to people and the constant tongue clicking is you don't understand them. Terrible experience

It is busy inside the Hospital but outside it quite there is no parking because of social distanceng even me l'm parking outside on the perving of Cannon Rd

I went for wisdom tooth extraction, and they didn't give me any medication to ease the pain, I am not happy.

The staff is friendly and helpful but the nurses are overworked and understaffed ,the hospital is lacking essential necessities.

They don't have service at all my neice admitted on Wednesday ulunywe inyoka n they said he must wait for the doctor on Thursday but the doctor didn't come...doctor came on Friday n drained the snake poison on Monday doctor said they will take him to theater but they didn't until today the poor child is not eating anything coz they said he must not take any thing
