CJM Hospital

Theee worst place for those who are sick and vulnerable. My uncle went there very sick and was taken for tests and sent back home to come the following week. The following week at 8:20 i called for an ambulance as things were critical with no assistance, called again after 10. I was told to rather hire a vehicle to bring him to the hospital. We managed to get him to the hospital but still didn't get immediate assistance as nurses were on lunch. My uncle died n the wheel chair. And only got a call for the ambulance that waS about to come at 16:30. Imagine!!!

One of my family member is admitted there, and they are complaining about not having water, toilets are stinking and the nurses are telling them that they will find someone who will be fast on them. We do not know why they are saying that/threatening them like that, but can the management look in to this matter as it is not the 1st time it happens

Charles Johnson Memorial Hospital is a 24 hour level 1 District hospital situated in Nqutu Sub-District under Umzinyathi District DC-24. CJM Hospital is a Baby Friendly Facility and it has 385 usable beds. The Hospital serves a population of about 154,042 of Nqutu Sub-District. CJM Hospital has 14 Clinics 3 of which are doing on call system and 3 Mobile Clinics. CJM Hospital has a four year Nursing College.

The place and service is now far better than it was before, but it still needs attention

Poor service, waited from 6pm until 23h00. Management is very poor so disappointed.
