This a good venue for conferences. It's within a main route to centre's. What was less attractive was their interim break-away venues. At night it was dark and there was not enough lighting for the session. In future if they can anticipate that and be able to arrange alternative lights until night session are over.Service: 3/5
Traveled for business. Receptionist was friendly. Breakfast and dinner were good. Rooms need upgraded via furniture but clean nonetheless. Air-conditioning definitely needs upgrading. Pool area was always cleanRooms: 3/5
No fridges in their rooms bed are clean but very uncomfortableRooms: 1/5
Decent place to put your head down. However, they lack two-pin plugs in the rooms and no fridges. There was salso only one person working behind the front desk meaning there is a waiting queue if there's more than one guest there

The hotel is too old. It needs some serious renovation. It still uses old and out-dated keys. The place is not suitable for long-staying guests. They are rigid and will not bend an inch to accommodate their guests. The cleaning staff does a terrible job they just clean the toilet and change towels. I hate my stay here.
Awesome service, friendly and helpful. As hotels go the food is terribly overpriced but to compensate the room prices are on standard for this area and has all the trimmings. I would use them again in future

It is nice and safety place especially when they welcoming you in reception there is a lady the name called Nino "i don't know maybe it's just because we are sharing same date of birth and year as well" she's so nice, I always encourage my colleague to not change my accommodation in Newcastle, and there is another big lady in kitchen by the door she always treat me badly 1st time she asked me my room number more than twice as if she's not trust mi 2nd time the minute I entered in the kitchen she said to me "are you aware that you need to pay for this breakfast" I said as far as I know my company already paid then she said let me check @ reception first that time people were looking me as if I'm Krug that want to eat breakfast without money I didn't like that treatment only to find out that company already paid
