St. Benedictine hospital

Great service from staff, no complains at all. There's high level of respect from fellow employees of the hospital and they know how to treat the public with dignity that they deserve

Benedictine hospital is the worst hospital ever in terms of poor service, it might be overloaded by patients i understand but its not the only one with the same problem in Kzn. My mother was referred by the gp to see the doctor at Benedictine Hosp. she was there on monday 22/07/13 7am she saw the dr at midnight who odered x-rays which were done on tuesday she left the hospital at 3pm on tuesday 23/07/2013 following just a consultation of a doctor. I understand the situation they are working under meaning drs and nurses but i feel the management is failing, there is no order there at all.Wish the MEC can make a random visit there, may be a solution can come out. Im concerned!!!

Wasn't much but the service was good that day.

I almost lost my wife because of poor management at this hospital.
