Thank you to Emmanuel, Hassan and the team at the secondhand cars department. I test-drove my VW T-Cross on Thursday and on Saturday I took deliver of my car. Great service and thank you for the basket with wine and snacks. Very few second dealers will go this extra mile. It’s the little things that matters. AGAIN THANK YOU FOR YOUR EFFICIENT SERVICE AND ASSISTANCE.
Worst garage ever. Oh thank you. Believe me I have contacted the garage an I was laughed at, bankrupted and deceived and my car messed up. Just stay away from Nissan. Never ever again!! The most dishonest garage, that could not care less if they destroy a persons life and head office nissan covers them up. As a consumer you dont stand a chance against this garage. Very dishonest.
Absolutely horrible service. Never again. Broken promises from the salesman and manager. Now I NEED TO TAKE THE CAR FOR A ROADWORTHY CERTIFICATE MYSELF BECAUSE THE PREVIOUS ONE EXPIRED AND THEY NEVER GOT THE CAR REGISTERED IN TIME. 9 WEEKS LATER AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE NUMBER PLATES. Think twice before you buy a car at this dealership.
Amazing service received from Valenciah. My concern is that there is no shuttle services offered to client who bring their cars in which makes it really difficult. Please relook this.
Horrible customer service by the service department, waited for the whole month to get parts ordered only to be informed wrong parts was ordered on the day the car was brought in 2nd time after being called to bring the car as parts were received. My experiences very bad not going to this dealership ever again.
