Northgate Shopping Centre Management Suite

This is a convenient shopping centre…. There are no fancy designer stores, just your everyday cheap shops. I came here by chance and will probably never be that side again, but I enjoyed my shopping here. The is No undercover parking, and navigating the centre is simple.

While you won't find all the designer stores you will find in Fourways Mall it is certainly a much more convenient shopping experience. The parking is free and without hassle. The mall has plenty of entrances which allows for a quick in and out experience for those in a rush. The ice rink and Cinemax are major attractions.

Absolute disastrous and dissapointing experience. How can such a huge shopping mall not have proper power backup procedures in place . An absolute waste of our time as none of the shops are functional during loadshedding. We have been in the mall and had to drop everything and leave . Loadshedding is not going to go away very soon and for the life of me i can't understand why you have not gotten some type of proper backup procedures in place . Loadshedding has been around for years now and yet you fall to see the importance of caring for all the customers . How do you manage to keep your tenants . If i had a franchise and were renting from you i would probably be looking for a new premises. Im sure you have the financial ability to afford a good backup system. Please heed the warning . Otherwise it will soon become a white elephant. Customers don't want to be inconvenienced like this. Thank you.

The centre is clean and neat, very busy. There is one concern about the public toilets - some of the toilet door locks are broken and some has barrelbolts on that is to small to lock the door. Some people do not knock they just push the door open while you are busy. I like the centre, everything you need is in one place and you feel save while you do your shopping. Some of the retail staff are friendly, some are not. Pick & Pay Hyper's staff in particular are not friendly, some are very rude and standing in the queues to pay for your groceries take forever!!! The car guards are very professional and helpful.

It's a convenient shopping centre with two hypermarkets and many quality food outlets There is plenty of parking throughout the shopping complex but it will need arevamp in the next two to three years.

As always I enjoy shopping here. It's quiet and has all of what I need. I can never struggle much finding what I came here for it's easy to navigate and also easily accessible

Never been so harassed by staff and security at a shopping center for having a puppy in an enclosed pram before… the security with “Night Guard” were rude and offensive, I will never support this shopping center again.. one star rating is actually too much

Large variety of shops. The locking of doors and having to work out where to exit or where to enter when all doors locked is a lot annoying. Beware if you're a woman and need to use the loo. Toilet doors are faulty or broken. Toilet paper sticking out of the walls plugging holes...I swear some of the clubs I went to when I was a wee uni student, where you had to hover over the thing to not catch anything while peeing, were much much better. Dare I say, cleaner too. Do better Northgate Mall!

Northgate has really made great upgrades. We especially love the food court by the ice rink!

Though there are some nice shops & restaurants, there are a lot of empty shops, brokem tiles, broken escalators, the bathrooms are dirty, toilets are broken and seats are not replaced, no toilet paper in most stalls.
